Looks a great hotel and location. We have only been to Phnom Penh the once, stayed at the Hotel Renakse which was lovely but it may have since fallen in to ruin.
KVL is just around the corner from the palace. Unfortunately the Renakse is a dilapidated wreck, but I did see some scaffolding up last time I drove by on the bike. Hopefully it’s going to be restored and reopened!
Seems to be nice places. Would love to read about authentic street food in PP, as I have been there 10 years ago and planning to come again

That's promising news Simon, it's too lovely a building to lose.
I hope so. I think there’s been a longstanding dispute over ownership so in the end both sides left it to rot. A major blemish on the landscape.
