Fabulous - it's great to compare the hutongs with village life in Hong Kong, I'd never though of it like that before but there are indeed some similarities.
Yes me neither, but it makes sense. Although Wang Tong is on the outskirts of HK, whereas Nanluoguxiang is right in the center of Beijing. What an amazing experience for his kids growing up.
